TITAN BI-DRUM WATER TUBE BOILER

The Titan Bi-Drum is a medium size water tube naturally circulated site erected boiler.  The boiler is specifically designed for the palm oil mill and as such, is also suitable for other similar organic high moisture waste firing.

The boiler design is based on the latest trend in combustion technology and through understanding of the milling requirements.  It is conservatively designed to take into account the fluctuations of palm waste properties whilst keeping it simple in construction.

Combustion take place on typical pin-hole grates together with the seconadary air system to ensure complete combustion.  Controls are provided on the induced draught fan and forced draught fan to ensure a balanced draught in the furnace.

Standard steam capacities up to:

  • 80,000 lbs steam / hr; or
  • 36,300 kg / hr; or
  • 23,400 kw

A well-proven range of water tube boilers, throughly tested in palm oil mills and wood bases plants throughout the world.  The boilers are suitable for firing a wide range of solid fuel.  Complete unit can be factory trial erected as a free standing unit.  They are also used in a number of mini-power generating plant projects owing to their simplicity and reliability.

Standard steam capacities up to:

  • 60,000 lbs steam / hr; or
  • 27,272 kg / hr; or
