TITAN THERMAL FLUID HEATERS

Each heater is a package unit complete with a burner, circulation pump, a constant pressure valve and an economiser.

Such heaters are popularly used in chemical, textile, plastic, rubber (presses, calendars, extruders) food (cookers, deodorizers and spray driers), construction (asphalt plant, autoclaves), wood industries (presses and drying kilns) and storage facilities (heating tank farms).

TITAN VERTICAL THERMAL OIL HEATER (MODEL : MTV)

The thermal heater has been developed on the basis of many years of technical experience in the combustion of solid waste.

Basically, the heater has been designed for combustion of all kinds of wood waste and industrial waste, such as bark, saw dust, chips, shavings, palm fibres, kernels, straw cocoa and coconut shells etc.

The MTV heater has considerable technical advantages and together with product reliability ensure optimum utilization of the material to be burnt and also the lowest possible operating and maintenance costs.

TITAN  UNDER FIRED STEAM BOILER
(MODEL : UFM)

A proven and trouble free design suitable for a wide range of solid fuel like palm fibres, kernel shells, woods, bagasse etc.  It is simple to operate with large steam release area which assures dry steam.  Standard working pressures 150 psi and 250 psi.

TITAN VERTICAL COMBINATION BOILER (MODEL : MC)

An extremely versatile boiler, it is capable of burning several types of solid fuel.  Its combined fire tube and water tube design enables maximum heat transfer with three passes of flue gases.  Furthermore, it is designed with absolute ease of accessibility and maintenance with very low installation costs.

The types of solid fuel used include wood chips and shavings, bagasse, coffee hutls, cardboard, paper, rice husks, bamboo, cotton, tobacco waste, palm shell and straw.

TITAN HORIZONTAL COMBINATION BOILER (MODEL : MCH)

This type of boiler complements the Titan MC as its capacities takes over from Titan MC's limit.  It is designed on a fire tube main boiler body with a water tube furnace section, thus providing a good flexibility in the kind of solid waste fuel that can used to fire the unit.

Its compact design is made possible with the factory fabricated fire tube boiler body and only requires flange connections to the water tube section at site.

Minimal civil work is required for such a boiler.  Such boiler is designed to cater to the steam requirements of the wood based industries.

  • 26,455 lbs steam / hr; or
  • 12,000 kg / hr; or
  • 7,750 kw
