Incorporated in 1977, Mechmar Boilers Sdn Bhd is the leading boiler manufacturing company in Malaysia. Our factory, which is located in Pasir Gudang Industrial Estate, Johor, has produced well over 4,000 boilers and has set the high standards for boiler manufacturing in Malaysia as well as in SE Asia region.

For achieving consistency in quality manufacturing process, we were appointed as a Class I Fabricator in 1985 by Lloyds Register of Shipping. In 1993, we achieved yet another distinction with the award of ISO 9002 certification by Lloyd's Register of Quality Assurance, making us the first boiler manufacturer in Malaysia to bestowed this recognition.

Our range of products includes:

• Packaged fully automatic fire tube boilers capable of providing up to 70,000 lbs per hour or
  31,8000 kg per hour of steam.
• Packaged fully automatic hot water boilers rated up to 10,550 kW.
• Thermal fluid heater rated up to 3,000 kW.
• Vertical combination boilers for solid / waste fuel firing rated up to 12,000 lbs per hour or 5,454 kg per hour.
• Horizontal combination boilers for solid / waste fuel firing rated up to 26,455 lbs per hour or 12,000 kg per hour
• Towler water tube boilers specially designed for palm waste firing rated up to 60,000 lbs per hour or 27,272 kg per hour.
• Titan Bi-Drum water tube boilers for bio-masses fuel firing rated up to 80,000 lbs or 36,300 kg per hour.
• Combined Heat and Power Plant (CHP) with fully engineered boiler applications power plants up to 10 MW electrical output.
