Mechmar Boilers Sdn Bhd, together with Cochran Boilers Limited, and Beel industrial Boilers Plc is a classic case of the East joining hands with the West to form a Group that was a pioneer and an industry leader in boilers since 1898. The Group has four factories around the world to serve its customers. All standard boilers are designed and manufactured to the latest British Standards Specifications (BSS). However, boilers can be and have been designed to various national codes like JIS, DIN, ASME and so on to meet specific customers requirements. The global sales and service network ensure customers are promptly served.

The ultimate holding company for the Group is Mechmar Corporation (Malaysia) Berhad, a company incorporated in 1972 and listed in the Main Board of the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (KLSE) with an authorized capital of USD 131.0 million and a paid up capital of USD 36.6 million.
